Fermentation at 150C in stainless steel vats and kept for 4 months in stainless steel vats (there is no malolactic fermentation).
The Forchir estate, established in the late 19th century, has over 200 ha. of vineyards and grows a wide variety of both international varietals and indigenous grapes.
Forchir was among the first bottlers in the Friuli region. Four generations later the same passion continues with the estate now engaged in an oenological project in which tradition meets modern evolutions in techniques and taste.
