Folle Blanche, Domaine Moulin Camus

Loire Valley, France

The second and unknown grape of the Nantais district of the western Loire. The 2018 vintage is the best vintage in the region since 1989. Don’t just be seduced by the sexy label. The wine is half decent too…with its fresh and bracingly tangy notes”

Moulin Camus is the name of the domaine, which was established in 1965. The 45-hectares are now run by husband and wife team, Catherine et François Boulanger

Food Match

Great matched with smoked salmon as the acidity cuts through the oiliness of the fish, but it would go equally well with briny seafood and summer salads.
