The grapes were cold pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromatic qualities of the grapes. Following the second fermentation, the wine was bottled under pressure so that it remained 'spumante', or sparkling.

The volcanic soils of the Colli Euganei ensure low vigour, which helps restrain the Glera variety's natural exuberance. As a result, the wines here have a lovely purity and depth on the palate, complementing rather than competing with the Ca' Morlin Prosecco.
